Great product for 30 minutes

I was stoked to get this divot tool. When I got it, I messed around with it for a couple minutes and noticed there was a liquid in the box. Assuming it was lube (no directions or labels) I put it on the bearings assuming it would keep it nice and smooth. Turns out it was a liquid that almost made it impossible to open, almost like a glue. It came with spare bearings but after hours of trying to get the screws out, they stripped down to nothing and now I’m straight out of luck. Very disappointing. At least throw in some warnings for the big liquid container saying “hey don’t use this because it’ll stiffen up your butterfly so it’s challenging to open. Tried reaching out. Don’t think the email went through. It’s a badass product. Just throw the liquid away first thing.
